Cut roses with the high demanded and irresistible ‘garden look’ and even with incredible vase life, is now finally ready for florists all over Europe and soon all over the world.
Finally, the Rosa Loves Me was shown for the very first time in Denmark on a local show for flower shops in the beginning of January, and with great success.
And in November Rosa Eskelund, the breeder, visited more local flower shops in a big city of Denmark and “the enthusiasm had no end”, says a very exited Rosa Eskelund.
The growers from Kenya joined the tour around the shops and it gave both attention on a grey November day, and trust because it is always good when the user meets the grower and can feel they are ‘on fire’ for just their product.
“I came in touch with the relatively small farm from Kenya at a show in the Netherlands”. It means a lot for me who grow my babies and this farm, Molo River and their owners, we were immediately in a positive talk about producing quality roses that have the highly sought after garden rose look, and now we are together ready and it makes me very happy and grateful”, says Rosa and adds that often the people you meet by chance can push you in the right direction in developing your product and reach the goal, just as it happened in this case. It is a clear success story. “The road was long from the first rose seeds now to stand here with the most beautiful bouquets of so magnificent roses. I love to be a rose breeder”, concludes the passionate Rosa.
